who we are
A small unit that keeps the same people on the project
Thomas Consiliarius started as a private, one person consultation company. It is now an agency that has expanded it’s borders to provide the same freedoms and knowledge that is afford to it’s Founder and their corporations.
We take on around fourteen projects a year. That number is deliberate. It means the founder who pitched your project is the one standing behind the monitor, and the agent knows why a move needs to be made before you have to explain your direction.

How early should we bring you into a project?
As early as there is a serious desire for better. Not every first step has a genuine direction other than for greatness, and we are most useful while the story is still moveable, because that is when a location, a filing or a single incorporation change can save a week on the schedule.
Do you consult outside Wyoming?
Regularly. The core unit travels together and we hire local crew for grip, electric and transport wherever we land. Travel and per diem are itemized separately on every quote, if required.
What does a typical consultation cost?
A single-day brand film with a small unit usually lands between mid five figures and low six. Narrative work is quoted per script. You get a line-by-line budget before anything is booked.
Who owns the businesses/trusts when they are finished?
You do. Trusts, Certificate of Trusts, incorporations and shelved entities are handed over on delivery. We keep an archive copy for two years so a misplacement never means restarting from nothing.
Can you finish something that we have already started?
Yes. Shelved entities, tradelines and trusts are all available on their own, whether your credit is ready or your LLC is formed and matured is up to you. We just make sure that it’s ready for the stars.
